Grenada, West Indies Design and construction supervision of this U.S. AID-Funded infrastructire project including two industrial parks, several tourism enhancement projects, a sewage system and various roads and bridges. U.S.$10 Million See Photo Financial Complex St. George's. Grenada Project management including mechanical, electrical and civil engineering design as well as Construction Management of this five building historical renovation of Grenada's financial center. This 30,000 square foot complex contains 14 floors of office space for the Ministry of Finance restored due to a devastating fire. U.S.$4 Million See Photo La Source Hotel Point Salines, Grenada, West Indies Construction management of this all inclusive 100-room hotel which includes restaurants, massage and treatment rooms, shops, a terrace bar and pool, pitch and putt golf course, tennis and water sports. U.S.$8 Million Rex Grenadian Hotel Point Salines, Grenada, West Indies Civil, mechanical and electrical engineering design of this 214 room, 30-acre hotel site, central facilities include 30,000 square feet of lobby and lounge, restaurants, shops, offices, service areas and luxurious room suites. The site on picturesque Magazine Beach features a magnificent swimming pool, tennis courts and an interior recreational pond with island and arch bridges. U.S.$12 Million American Airlines Facilities Grenada, Trinidad, St. Lucia, St. Croix, El Salvador Design and construction supervision of airline ticketing offices, terminal renovations, and teminal expansions for American Airlines in the Caribbean. U.S.$4.0 Million See Photo Feasibility Study of Solid Waste Management Improvements Grenada, West Indies Development of a comprehensive solid waste management plan for Grenada. Grenada Roads Feasibility Study Throughout Grenada Local engineering consultant on this Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Study Team to conduct a feasibility study for road rehabilitation and improvements in Grenada and Carriacou. Seven roads with a total length of 62 kilometers were identified for the collection of engineering and economic data, preliminary design and engineering and economic feasibility of reconstruction or improvements. Social and Natural Environmental Impact Assessments were completed as well as a Women In Development (WID) component. U.S.$20 Million Grenada Learning Resource Centre St. George's, Grenada, West Indies Mechanical and electrical engineering design and construction supervision of Grenada National College's resource center. The project included a library, study areas, classroom space, a media center, offices, a video production studio, a computer training area and a screening room. U.S.$2.0 Million Grenada Bank of Commerce Grand Anse, St. George's, Grenada Supervision of the mechanical and electrical construction in this new Grand Anse banking facility. Asbestos Survey Grenada, West Indies Surveys and reports were completed for six Government of Grenada schools as well as a commercial facility in Grenada. |
